This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation number 12FPC424Q0091 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), and the acquisition procedures at FAR Subpart 12.6 are being utilized. The Government anticipates that this solicitation may result in the award of a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Purchase order, to the responsible offeror(s) whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, lowest priced technically acceptable offer. (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05 effective May 22, 2024 (iv) This is a 100% set aside for Small Business vendors. Description of Requirement: The contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, labor, and supplies (excluding toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap) necessary to ensure that custodial services are performed in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a healthy, clean, neat and professional appearance.
