Made in USA required (provide verification). Delivery: Payson Ranger District, Payson, AZ. Delivery requires vendor to provide forklift and operator to off load and place materials. Prices shall include all handling, shipping charges, and any taxes that State of Arizona does not exempt the Federal Government. This is a solicitation, not an order.
