Sources Sought Notification under NAICS Code 561611 - Investigation Services Procuring Agency: U.S. Department of Agriculture, Rural Development, Procurement Management Office (PMO), Contracting Operations Division (COD) Procuring Contracting Officer: Erin M. Lush, Supervisory Contract Specialist Requiring Agency: U.S. Department of Agriculture, Rural Development, Security and Emergency Management Division Subject: Electronic Fingerprinting Sources (Approved FBI Channelers) Agency Need: The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Rural Development, Security and Emergency Management Division has an agency need to require electronic fingerprinting services of an FBI-approved channeler (FBI Channeler Link) for collection and submission of electronic fingerprints. Services shall be provided within 50 miles of 95% of the population of the 50 states and territories. (50 miles is based on local travel distance – Sharon Roach provided the GSA language.). Distance: Electronic fingerprinting resources across the United States of America and U.S. Territories, not to exceed fifty (50) miles in radius in accordance with the Federal Travel Regulation (FTR) ( Federal Travel Regulation IAW OAS 5770.1A) Quantity: The requiring agency anticipated processing of approximately 2,000 sets of electronic fingerprints each fiscal year.
