This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is to provide Contractor Services to support Lender Placed Hazard Insurance (LPI) on properties that USDA RD has a financial interest in, along with various ancillary services in conjunction with the LPI coverage placed by the Contractor. See attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for detailed description of the various service elements required by this solicitation and subsequent contract award. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 12C0BA20R0006 and is issued as a request for proposal (RFP).
