Amendment 01 makes the following changes: 1) Adds photos from site visit (see attached) 2) Adds updated plans with annotated revisions from site visit (see attached) 3) Adds RFI's and Responses (see attached) Replacement of underground water main for building, Remove Pex running through server room that currently serves that end of the building and cap supply to that Pex line at its source, Includes closing in door to existing restroom, and installation of new water heater (including upgrading electrical), installation of electric wall heater, flipping the swing of the door into the server room, and installation and related finish/waterproofing of new restroom window, Removal of carpet and install of vinyl flooring, relocating/upgrading electrical as needed, installation of kitchen plumbing supply and drain lines and valves, plumbing fixtures, cabinets, countertops, and architectural finishes. Contractor shall also supply new dishwasher and garbage disposal.
