Description: THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Proposals shall only be requested and accepted from contractors who are a Small Business AND certified in System for Award Management (SAM, https://www.sam.gov/SAM/ ). The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), United States Forest Service (USFS), has a requirement to rehabilitate Silver Lake Boat Launching Facility including but not limited to the following; Demolition of the existing eroded single lane boat launch ramp and the construction of a new single lane boat launching ramp. Relocation of the existing 60 ft. boarding float to the west side of the newly constructed boat launching ramp. Demolition of the existing sidewalk and the construction of an ADA/ABA compliant path of travel. Demolition of the existing restroom buildings and the installation of one new restroom building. Installation of night sky friendly security lighting at the boat launch ramp and at the new restroom building. Installation of a water hydrant near the new restroom building. Resurfacing and restriping of the existing parking area. Relocation of the existing project sign and installation of direction and regulatory signage. Contractor shall provide everything-including, but not limited to, all equipment, supplies, transportation, labor, and supervision-necessary to complete the project, except for that which the contract clearly states is to be furnished by the Government.
