(I) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II) This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Submit written quotes referencing Solicitation Number 129JGP20Q0097. (III) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-06, effective date 05-06-2020. (IV) This solicitation is being issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 332420 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. (V) This combined solicitation/synopsis is to procure a water storage metal tank with a capacity of 10,000 gallons. Tank shall meet the following specs and requirements. AWWA D-103 specification, Support a 100-mph wind load Support a snow load of 240 PSF. 24”x24” or similar roof access & vent Exterior ladder 4” Overflow nozzle 2” inlet/outlet Anchor bolts Interior coating of epoxy powder 5 mils minimum. Exterior coating of polyester powder 5 mils minimum. Contractor shall submit a lump sum that include delivering the tank to 29688 Auberry Rd, Prather, CA 93651. (VI) At a minimum: Meet the specification list in V. Contractor shall deliver the tank within 10 weeks. (VII) Location: 29688 Auberry Rd, Prather, CA 93651. Award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, therefore the evaluation procedures at FAR 13.106-2 will be used. A firm fixed price award will be made to the responsible offeror submitting a quote that provides the best value to the Government. (X) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: price, technical acceptability, and delivery. To constitute a proper invoice, the payment request must comply with the requirements identified in the applicable Prompt Payment clause included in the contract, or the clause 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions, Commercial Items included in commercial item contracts.
