Hough Ranger District Office Staining Project. The work consists of preparation and staining of approximately 7,500 square feet of siding, trim, exposed fascia, exposed eaves, and exposed structural members. This contract also includes two optional items, option 1 consists of sanding and clear lacquer of eight (8) exterior wood doors with a flat finish and option 2 consists of preparation and staining of railing on second floor balcony (Approximately 24 LF). Ensure work site is cleaned of all construction waste before leaving site. The contractors are encouraged to visit the site prior to the response date. A prebid meeting on site is scheduled for 06/03/2020 at 10:00 A.M. PST meeting at the Mount Hough Ranger District Office in Quincy CA. Award will be made using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. Award will be made to the offeror whose acceptable offer provides the best value to the government, considering price and the non-price factors. It is the contractor’s responsibility to monitor the Federal Business Opportunities website for amendments.
