Description of Work: The intent of this contract is to furnish janitorial services for the Mi-Wok Ranger District Office on the Stanislaus National Forest. Contractor Responsibility: The Contractor shall provide everything – including, but not limited to, all equipment, supplies, transportation, labor, and supervision – necessary to complete the project, except for that which the contract clearly states is to be furnished by the Government. Project Location & Description Mi-Wok Ranger District, located at 24695 Highway 108, Mi-Wuk Village, CA 95346. The Mi-Wok Ranger Station consists of 2 buildings and includes 18 carpeted rooms, 6 restrooms (2 with showers), reception area, conference room area, break room, hallways, 3 flights of stairs, and 1 janitor closet. Estimated square footage is 10,500. Start: August 1, 2020 Time: 12 months Optional: Three additional, consecutive twelve month periods Work Days and Hours of Work: General tasks shall be performed on two (2) days per week, with the preferential days being Sunday and Wednesday. Work shall be performed between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., in order to not disrupt the normal business hours of the Forest Service.
