This is the solicitation for the ARRD Steel Barrier Project. The work consist of the fabrication of double rail steel pipe barrier including painting of all metal surfaces. Transport all materials and equipment to installation location at the El Dorado Jeep Trail near Michigan Bluff. Install 158 ft. of double rail steel pipe barrier and repair existing gate. Follow the fire plan when operating all equipment, welding, and blasting; special authorizations may be needed. Ensure installation site is cleaned of all construction waste before leaving site. Due to the Covid-19 travel and assembly restrictions there will not be a formal site visit for this project. A conference call site visit will be held on 16 April 20 at 09:00 A.M. PST.
