SOLICITATION 129JGP20Q0050 Heavy Equipment Purchase PLUMAS NATIONAL FOREST March 20, 2020 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 129JGP20Q0050 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ.) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2020-4. This requirement is full and open competition, the associated NAICS code is 333120 and the Product Service code is 3895. A list of line item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure (including option(s), if applicable) is provided in the Schedule of Items. There are 4 pieces of equipment. Attached are the specifications and included in that is the delivery point for each piece of equipment. Attached is a schedule of items for providing your quote. 2 Excavators, 1 Tracked Carrier, 1 Mastication/Mulching tool. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. The applicability of the provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, if used, and the specific evaluation criteria to be included in paragraph (a) of that provision. If this provision is not used, describe the evaluation procedures to be used.
