This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 129JGP20Q0038 and a statement that the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-04, dated 1/15/2020. This requirement is set-aside for small businesses and the associated NAICS code is562991, and the small business size standard is $8.0 M. There are attached documents that include, the Schedule of Items, Contract Provisions and Clauses, Maps and Wage Determinations. The requirement for this project is to provide Septic Pumping services for Forest Service campground restroom on an as-needed basis. This contract will be for a base year plus 4 option years, beginning approximately April 1, 2020 through December 1, 2020, and continuing yearly for the option years. . The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, if used, and the specific evaluation criteria to be included in paragraph (a) of that provision. Offerors need to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer if it not included in their SAM registration. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the clause.
