This project is to provide the Red Light and Siren package for the quantity of seven (7) each command vehicles. The vehicles consist of two (2) - 2020 Ford Expedition 4x4 SUV's, four (4) - 2019 Dodge ... This project is to provide the Red Light and Siren package for the quantity of seven (7) each command vehicles. The vehicles consist of two (2) - 2020 Ford Expedition 4x4 SUV's, four (4) - 2019 Dodge Ram 3500 Crew Cab 4x4 Pickups, and one (1) - 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 Extended Cab 4X4 Pickup. These vehicles will be located on the Sequoia National Forest (SQF) in Porterville, CA. When completed. The buildup includes, red light and siren package, electronic timer installation, and radio prewiring. Vehicle striping has been completed by another vendor. The attached RLS specification sheet provides a list of approved buildup items. For convenience of delivery, inspection, pick up and warranty issues. Vendor must be located within 75 miles of 480 N. Henrahan St., Porterville CA. 93257. All vehicles are currently located at the Sequoia National Forest - Porterville Work Center, 480 N. Henrahan St., Porterville, CA93257, and will be transported to and picked up from the awarded vendor’s location. Completion of work: after receipt of all required equipment and supplies and delivery of vehicle from the Forest Service, the expectation is that it would take approximately 7 business days to complete the buildup for each vehicle. The preference is that work on all vehicles be done concurrently, but if that is not an option then consecutively without any breaks would be the next preference. Please identify how you would be able to accomplish this work. The desired date to have all work completed is by 5-1-2020. Evaluation criteria would be based upon: Price Past Performance Location within the specified radius for service and warranty work Ability to complete the work by May 1, 2020.
