This solicitation is for the upgrade of three seedling cooler refrigeration units (with option for additional 3 units) with high-efficiency liquid-cooled units at the El Dorado National Forest Nursery. Included in the work is the evaluation, removal and disposal of the old refrigeration units and the installation of new units. Award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. A Government led site visit has been scheduled for the 12th of December 2019 at 10:00 A.M. meeting at 2375 Fruitridge Road, Camino CA, 95709. Amendment 01 updates the bid schedule, provides a copy of the sign in sheet from the site visit on 12/12/19. Amendment 02 provides Request for Informaiton and Answers Amendment 03 extends the response due date to 3:00 PM PST Monday the 23rd of December.
