This is the solicitation notice for the Westfall Road Project. Project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, incidentals, inspection, quality control and supplies necessary to excavate and remove an existing corrugated metal pipe. Remove and dispose asphalt. Install a new CMP, back fill and placed a layer of asphalt. All work shall be in accordance with the contract requirements and within the contract time of 15 days. Contractor shall, without additional expense to the government, be responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses, permits, which comply with any federal, State and municipal laws, codes and regulations applicable to the performance of the work. Project can be reached traveling North on State Highway 41 and continue for 10.8 miles to project site.
