This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II) This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Submit written quotes referencing Solicitation Number 129JGP19Q0106. (III) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-02TA, effective date 6 May 2019. (IV) This solicitation is being issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 484220 and the small business size standard is $27.5million. (V) This combined solicitation/synopsis is to procure the supply of (provide, haul and stockpile) the following material in support of road work to be accomplished by another contractor; 120 tons of 3"x6" rip rap 250 tons of 8"x12" rip rap 200sy of class 1 geotextile Delivery sites are located on the project map. Site 1 is the preferred location of delivery if timing works out with construction schedule of another contractor working on the road. If not, site 2 is the location of the first stockpile until capacity limit is reached then remainder would be delivered to site 3. Stockpile by end dumping is adequate, loaders and or conveyers are not necessary. (VI) At a minimum: Will supply/deliver the required amounts of riprap and geotextile material. (VII) Location: This work is located on the Sierraville Ranger District of the Tahoe National Forest. From Highway 89 take the Forest Service 07 Road (AKA Jackson Meadows Road) for 18 miles to Nevada County Road 843 for 10 miles to project site. Award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, therefore the evaluation procedures at FAR 13.106-2 will be used. A firm fixed price award will be made to the responsible offeror submitting a quote that provides the best value to the Government. (X) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: price and delivery.
