This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The USDA Forest Service is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation as a request for quote (RFQ). This procurement is being issued as a Set-Aside for Small Business Concerns under solicitation number 129JGP19Q0090. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01. The Government anticipates issuing a firm fixed price (FFP) award for Janitorial Services at the Mammoth Ranger District Office in Mammoth Lakes, CA, to include a base year and four option years. The North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 561720 Janitorial Services, with a small business size standard of $18.0 million, apply to this procurement. Period of Performance: July 1, 2019 through November 30, 2023. Line Items: Base year: July 1, 2019 through November 30, 2019 Option Year One: December 1, 2019 through November 30, 2020 Option Year Two: December 1, 2020 through November 30, 2021 Option Year Three: December 1, 2021 through November 30, 2022 Option Year Four: December 1, 2022 through November 30, 2023 Description of Requirements: Daily office cleaning, with additional cleaning tasks as scheduled weekly, monthly, or semi-annually.
