This is the solicitation notice for the Upper Kern River Vault Toilets Site Work. The work includes but is not limited to the following major items: Furnish all labor, equipment and material to accomplish the Work under this contract at three campgrounds (Chico Flat, Corral Creek, and Calkins Flat) along the Upper Kern River on Forest Service lands. Work includes but is not limited to the following major items: (A) Site preparation including minor site grading and compaction in preparation for placement of concrete and aggregate base for sidewalks and parking. (B) Construction of ADA accessible concrete sidewalks around three (3) new double vault toilet buildings installed at three locations in campgrounds along the Upper Kern River. (C) Construction of one aggregate surfaced ADA accessible parking space adjacent to each new vault toilet buildings (total of three parking spaces) including signs. This solicitation is being issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.A Government led site visit has not been scheduled for this project. Offerors are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed.
