This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The USDA Forest Service is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation as a request for quote (RFQ). This procurement is being issued as a Set-Aside for Woman-Owned Small Business Concerns under solicitation number 129JGP19Q0067. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01. The Government anticipates issuing a firm fixed price (FFP) award for Janitorial Services at the Groveland Ranger District Office in Groveland, CA, to include a base year and three option years. The North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 561720 Janitorial Services, with a small business size standard of $18.0 million, apply to this procurement. Period of Performance: July 1, 2019 through September 30, 2022 Line Items: Base year: July 1, 2019 through September 30, 2019 Option Year One: October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2020 Option Year Two: October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2021 Option Year Three: October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2022 Description of Requirements: Twice-weekly office cleaning, with additional monthly and bi-annual cleanings.
