This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 129JGP19Q0048, and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2019-01. This is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 532284 and small business size standard is $7.5 million. The requirement is for rental of a minimum of 12 golf carts, with the possibility of an additional 2 carts, to support the Tahoe National Forest campground management program from approximately May 20, 2019 to September 30, 2019. Golf carts must be gas powered with utility bed cargo space for transporting campground maintenance tools. DELIVERY LOCATION: Logger Campground at Stampede Reservoir Truckee, CA Carts shall be delivered to Logger Campground in the Ranger Loop. Forest Service will then distribute to work sites throughout the Truckee Ranger District. Directions to Logger CG: take Hwy 89 north from Truckee, right on Hobart Mills Rd., left on Dog Valley Rd, and left into Logger Campground's east entrance (with kiosk). Once in Campground, make the first left and then take a right into Ranger Loop (look for signs for the amphitheater). DELIVERY DATE: All carts are to be delivered on May 20, 2019. EXPECTED PERIOD OF USE: From date of delivery to September 30, 2019. Carts to be picked up on September 30, 2019. Delivery, use, and pickup dates are estimates and subject to change by the Tahoe National Forest, depending on weather and road conditions, number of carts ordered, and operating dates of the campgrounds. SUBMISSION OF QUOTES: Offerors shall submit quotes to the office specified at the bottom of this Solicitation on or before the exact time specified. As a minimum, quotes shall include: (1) Solicitation No. 129JGP19Q0048 (2) Name, address, phone number, and email address of offeror on company business letterhead. (3) DUNS number to verify System for Award Management (SAM) registration. (4) Description of equipment quoted with pricing for day/week/month rental. Cost of delivery/pickup shall be listed as a separate line item. (5) Acknowledgement of any Solicitation amendments. EVALUATION: Quotes shall be evaluated on a lowest price, technically acceptable basis.
