The contractor is responsible for providing all equipment, personnel, and logistics to meet agreement specifications, and resources may be used nationwide. Proposed rates should be based on up to a 16-hour daily shift, and agreements will be competitively awarded to small businesses. Vendors must select an available regional dispatch center closest to their resource location to meet emergency response needs. To participate, vendors must have specific registrations, including in SAM.gov and a VIPR system account, and submit quotes electronically through VIPR.
