Amendment 0001 is as follows: Update Section C.17 CONTRACTORS QUALIFICATIONS AND LICENSES in the specifications on B License information and update Section M. Questions and answers from the site visit are also attached. This Amendment also corrects the NAICS code in Section K. The Riverside Structure Demolition Project consists of the demolition and removal of facilities at the US Forest Service, Pacific Southwest Research Station, in Riverside, CA. Work includes demolition of designated building structures (with foundations, slabs, etc.), other concrete structures, disconnecting and removal of utilities, and removal of any site features as identified in the Specifications. Work also includes the testing of structures for hazardous materials, remediation, and disposal of any and all hazardous materials. Pre-Proposal Site Visit – Monday June 22, 2020 Time: 10:00 AM PT. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns under NAICS Code 238910.
