The purpose of this solicitation is to secure commercial services for conifer tree climbing and conifer cone and needle collection in areas in Northern California prescribed by the terms of this contract. The NAICS code for this project is 113210. The small business size standard is no greater than $12.0 Million in average annual receipts. Only offers from firms that are certified to meet both Small Business status and the size standard will be considered. The Government intends to award up to 10 IDIQ contracts for Cone Collection located on 6 national forests and Bureau of Land Management areas in Northern California. LOCATION: Locations are on seven (7) National Forests and (5) Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Field Offices in Northern California. These include the Klamath, Lassen, Mendocino, Modoc, Six Rivers, Shasta-Trinity National Forests, and the Applegate, Arcata, Eagle Lake, and Redding Field Offices of the Northern California District & the Mother Lode Field Office on the Central California District of the BLM. Set-Aside: This project is 100% set aside for Small Business. Response Location: Offers will be accepted through email only.
