Q&A Q&A Version 1 has been posted SOLICITATION POSTING Requirement: The intent of this project is to drill and develop a water well, plumb and connect well to a 25,000-gallon storage tank which would feed to an overhead water truck fill station. This project is located at the USFS Buck Creek Fire Station on the Modoc NF. Location: The U.S.F.S. Buck Creek Fire Station is located on the Warner Mountain Ranger District 4393 County Road 9, New Pine Creek, CA 97635 (T46N, R15E, SECTION 7). Estimated Magnitude (Price Range): between $100,000 and $250,000 Contract Time: It is estimated the project will start on or about 3 Aug 20 and be completed within 45 calendar days. Set Asides: This procurement is being solicited as a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237110. The related small business size standard is $39.5 million. Solicitation Info: Solicitation is being conducted under FAR Part 13. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered. Site Visit/Pre-Quote Conference: No organized site visit is being scheduled as the site is readily accessible. Bonds: A bid guarantee will be required only if your quote is over $150,000. In addition there is a requirement for performance and/or payment protections (performance bond and/or payment bond or Irrevocable Letter of Credit (ILC)). If quote is between $35,000 and $150,000, payment bond or ILC will be required for 100% of the award price and be submitted within 10 days after contract award. If quote is over $150,000, payment bond and performance bond or ILC will be required for 100% of the award price and be submitted within 10 days after contract award.
