SOLICITATION POSTING Requirement: The intent of this contract is to furnish all labor, equipment and materials necessary to install new asphalt shingles on the 1,737 ft² house (#1003) at the Stonyford Work Center. Major items of work include but are not limited to: Removing and replacing asphalt shingles, installing flashing/drip edge, removing and replacing vents and painting vents to match color of new roofing. Location: Stonyford is located approximately 40 miles Southwest of Willows, CA. From Interstate 5, take CA-162 West for approximately 22 miles. Turn left on CR 306 and continue for 18.5 miles. Stonyford Work Center is located on the right hand side of CR 306 as you enter the town of Stonyford. Estimated Magnitude (Price Range): less than $25,000 Contract Time: It is estimated the project will start around 4 May 2020 and be completed within 14 calendar days. Set Asides: This procurement is being solicited as a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238160. The related small business size standard is $16.5 million. Solicitation Info: Solicitation is being conducted under FAR Part 13. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered. Site Visit/Pre-Quote Conference: No organized site visit is being scheduled as the site is readily accessible. Bonds: A bid guarantee is not required to be submitted with the quote. A Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price would be required of the successful quoter within 10 days of award if the quote amount is over $35,000.00. Inquiries: Any prospective quoter desiring an explanation or interpretation of the solicitation, drawings, specifications, etc., must request it in writing soon enough to allow a reply to reach all prospective bidders before submission of their quotes.
