SOLICITATION POSTING Requirement: This project includes, the removal of existing and replacement of roofing system on 4 each single wide (1 – 12’ X 50’, 3 – 12’ X 66’) and 1 each double wide (24’ X 57’) mobile homes Location: Six Rivers National Forest, Mad River Compound, 741 State Highway 36. From US Highway 101 travel east on California Highway 36 for approximately 50 miles or from Interstate 5 travel west on California Highway 36 for approximately 90 miles. Estimated Magnitude (Price Range): between $25,000 and $100,000 Contract Time: It is estimated the project will start as soon as possible after award and be completed within 60 calendar days. Set Asides: This procurement is being solicited as a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238160. The related small business size standard is $15.0 million. Solicitation Info: Solicitation is being conducted under FAR Part 13. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered. Site Visit/Pre-Quote Conference: No organized site visit is being scheduled as the site is readily accessible. Bonds: A bid guarantee is not required to be submitted with the quote. A Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price will be required of the successful quoter within 10 days of award if the award amount is over $35,000.00. Inquiries: Any prospective quoter desiring an explanation or interpretation of the solicitation, drawings, specifications, etc., must request it in writing soon enough to allow a reply to reach all prospective bidders before submission of their quotes. Oral explanations or instructions given before the award of a contract will not be binding. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
