The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies, except those designated as Government-furnished, and incidentals to perform all work on national forest land administered by the Happy Camp Ranger District in the Klamath National Forest Contract Time: It is estimated the project will start in early March 2020 for planting with a period of performance of 60 calendar days. An estimated start date of early March 2021 for release with a period of performance of 60 calendar days for base acres and an additional 30 days for option acres. Set Asides: This procurement is being solicited as a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 115310. The related small business size standard is $20.5M. Solicitation Info: Solicitation is being conducted under FAR Part 12. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered. Site Visit: An organized site visit is scheduled for Wednesday February 12, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. at the Happy Camp Ranger District, 63822 Highway 96, Happy Camp California Inquiries: Any prospective quoter with contractual and technical questions of the solicitation, drawings, specifications, etc., must be submitted in writing via email to tracy.marino@usda.gov. No telephone questions will be accepted. It is recommended that they be submitted no later than 5 calendar days prior to the closing date of the solicitation to all a reply to reach all prospective Quoters before the solicitation closing date.
