Requirement: The requirement is for and IDIQ contract for reforestation and related services to include, seedling planting, seedling release and grubbing, vexar installation (or removal), or pest control (not related to herbicide use) on six national forests in Northern California. The Government is anticipating awarding up to 15 contracts with the maximum allowed to be ordered against all contracts not to exceed $7.0M Location: Northern California national forests of Klamath, Lassen, Mendocino, Modoc, Shasta-Trinity and Six Rivers. Contract Time: The ordering period is expected to be five years Set Asides: This procurement is being solicited as a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 115310. The related small business size standard is $20.5M. Solicitation Info: Solicitation is being conducted under FAR Part 12. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered. Inquiries: Any prospective quoter with contractual and technical questions of the solicitation, drawings, specifications, etc., must be submitted in writing via email to tracy.marino@usda.gov not later than 15 April 20. No telephone questions will be accepted. Questions received after that time may not receive a response. Oral explanations or instructions given before the award of a contract will not be binding. Notifications: In accordance with FAR 5.102(d), the government is limiting the availability of the solicitation to electronic medium through this posting on beta.sam.gov. Notification of any postponements and any amendments to this solicitation will be posted on this website. It is the sole responsibility of the quoter to continually view this website for any amendments made to this solicitation. Award notifications will be made to this notice.
