This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotes for supply and delivery of "buck and rail" style fencing, see schedule of items for specifications. Delivery requested by September 9, 2019. Delivery Location: The material delivery site will be on the Upper Lake District. From Upper Lake, CA near Clear Lake, proceed northerly on the Elk Mountain Road (County Road 301) for about 20 miles to Howard Mill. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-02 (June 5, 2019). The agency will make award based on the best value that meets the Government need, considering both price and non-price factors.
