A day is considered an 8 hour work day, no weekends will be worked and if the project may be completed before the estimated 21 days. Vendor will be paid for actual days worked. This amendment clarifies what will be considered a mid size excavator. The mid size excavator should be a CAT 315L or equivalent. This amendment extends response due date to August 29, 2019 at 1300hrs. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
