PRE SOLICITATION Requirement: The project requires the furnishing of all labor, equipment, transportation, supplies, and materials to remove the existing vault restrooms located at the USFS Benner Creek and Willow Springs Campgrounds, Lassen National Forest. Locations: Benner Creek - This project is located in Plumas County, California. The work site is at the USFS Benner Creek Campground, Chester, CA 96020. The GPS coordinates of the site are: 40.395433° N, -121.268581°W; Willow Springs - This project is located in Tehama County, California. The work site is at the USFS Willow Springs Campground, Mill Creek, CA 96061. The GPS coordinates of the site are: 40.306398° N, -121.375836° W. Contract Time: It is estimated that work will begin in September 2019 and be completed within 60 days. Set Asides: This procurement is being solicited as a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238910. The related small business size standard is $15.0M. Solicitation Info: Solicitation is being conducted under FAR Part 12 and Part 13. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered. The anticipated posting of this solicitation is on or about 20 August 2019. Site Visit: An organized site visit is not scheduled. Inquiries: Any prospective bidder desiring an explanation or interpretation of the solicitation, drawings, specifications, etc., must request it in writing, not later than 5 calendar before the closing date, to allow a reply to reach all prospective Quoters before submission of their quote. Oral explanations or instructions given before the award of a contract will not be binding. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
