PRE SOLICITATION/SOLICITATION NOTICE Requirement: Delivery of approximately 15,000 tons of crushed aggregate on a base item and 2,500 tons on an optional item that will be wind rowed for spreading by the government. Project Location: The Project is located approximately 9 miles southwest of Old Station, CA. From Old Station travel 9 miles west on State Highway 44 to NFS road 33N16. Set Asides: This procurement is being solicited as a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 212321. The related small business size standard is 500 employees. Solicitation Info: Solicitation is being conducted under FAR Part 12. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered. The anticipated posting of this solicitation is on or about July 2, 2019. Site Visit: An organized site visit is not being scheduled however the site is available to visit. Inquiries: Any prospective contractor with contractual or technical questions of the solicitation, drawings, specifications, etc., must request it in writing from the Contracting Officer soon enough to allow a reply to reach all prospective contractors before the solicitation closing date. Oral explanations or instructions given before the award of a contract will not be binding.
