This is a fixed price contract and is a Base Year, plus 4 option years. Contract requires the rental of portable toilets, both Handicap Accessible and Regular toilets, to include servicing/pumping. Contractor shall furnish all equipment, labor, supplies, supervision, transportation and all incidentals ncessary to perform the portable toilet delivery/pick-up, pumping, cleaning and effluent disposal services in accordance to the requirements and specifrications contained in the contract. Contractor will pump toilets at locations and service frequency as listed on the Schdule listed in the solicitation. Contractor will have service vehicles that can travel on paved roads that may have snow and/or ice on them perodically within the Los Padres NF and on the Mt. Pino RD and be able to fulfill pumping task at the specified locations per the contract/solicitation. No Saturday or Sunday Service.
