Description of Requirement (including a list of any attachments) This project is for the delivery of a complete Facility Master Plan for the Lassen National Forest in accordance with U.S. Forest Service Manual requirements. This plan will guide Forest Service leadership in the management of facilities infrastructure over the next ten (10) years.
