The Round Hill Cabins Stabilization Project includes the stabilization of three cabins at the Round Hill Pines Resort near South Lake Tahoe, NV. The work includes painting three cabins, new roofs on two cabins, stabilization of the foundation for one cabin, and window shutter installation. Pedestrian access to National Forest Lands must be maintained during the project implementation. This project will require coordination with the Round Hill Pines resort special use permit holder. See Solicitation document and attachments for project requirements. Magnitude The Government’s estimate for this requirement is $25,000 to $100,000. Interested vendors must obtain complete solicitation package on SAM.gov, copies will not be mailed from this Contracting Office. All amendments will be posted on SAM.gov and vendors will be solely responsible for viewing the solicitation posting in SAM.gov for amendments to the solicitation. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation costs.

The Forest Service intends to award one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract resulting from this solicitation. All interested vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://sam.gov/content/entity-registration before award of contract; failure to register in the SAM database may cause your firm to be ineligible for award and removed from consideration.
