Amendment 0002 is issued to provide responses to questions recieved. An updated Schedule of Items has been included. Amendment 0001 is issued to provide clarification regarding the contract Period of Performance (PoP). The anticpated PoP will be September 15, 2023 to December 31, 2023. The anticipated contract time for the HVAC replacement project is 30 calendar days from the notice to proceed effective date. Solictaion 12970223Q0060_0001 and an amedned Statement of Work have been added (changes are in red font). Site Visit: Contractors are required to perform a site visit at each listed location prior to submitting bid. Site visits may be arranged during normal duty hours by contacting: Luisa Bannister at luisa.bannister@usda.gov. Description: The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, securing all permits, fees, and requirements from state and local county offices for the completion of the Front Country Ranger District HVAC replacements. The project consists of the replacement of three units at two sites. The first two units serve the Lytle Creek Fire Station Office building. The third unit is a roof mounted unit that serves the Mill Creek Hot Shots Office.
