This contract consists of removing and disposing of existing asphalt shingles roof and metal roof to solid sheathing, installation of a completely weatherproof metal roof system (standing seam roofing) on one building. The roof system shall be as herein specified. The work shall include but not be limited to: replacing damage, excessively warped, delaminated or rotted sheathing up to 30% of the roof area with plywood, installing metal roof underlayment felt on entire roof, installing metal roof system, metal flashing, gutter and downspouts, install continues gutter screens, installing/replacing entire fascia boards matching original sizes, in-kind ventilation/roof jacks/gaskets, and sealing all roof penetrations and all other work necessary for a complete and weather tight roof systems. Roof installation should be per the manufacture’s specifications. Dimensions and accessories for the buildings to be verified by contractor.
