The Procurement & Property Services (PPS) Special Project Operations Center (SPOC) is seeking the acquisition of road closure device fabrication, delivery, and installation, in support of Burned Area Emergency Response (BAER) efforts resulting from the Bear Trap, Black, and Hermits Peak/Calf Canyon fires. The work will consist of fabricating, delivering, and installing gates in all three burned areas and re-installing a fabricated pipe fence in the Bear Trap fire area. This Request for Quotes (RFQ) is set aside 100% for Small Business entities. In accordance with the Natural Resources and Environment (NRE) Mission Area Justification & Approval, dated 22 June 2022, and FAR 6.302-2, this Request for Quotes is further set aside for local business concerns. See the referenced Justification and Approval for a definition of "local." Quotes from business entities outside of the defined local business area will not be considered for award. Magnitude: Between $100,000 and $250,000 Delivery/Performance: Various Locations within Carson/Santa Fe, Cibola, and Gila National Forests, in accordance with the solicitation specifications, Statement of Work, and Schedule of Items. Anticipated Period of Performance: 05/01/2023 - 08/04/2023
