It is neither a solicitation announcement nor a request for proposals or quotes and does not obligate the Government to award a contract. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. Responses to this sources sought must be in writing. The purpose of this sources sought announcement is for market research to make appropriate acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of potential qualified Small Businesses interested and capable of providing the services described below. Documentation of technical expertise must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise and experience to compete for this acquisition. Complete responses to this notice shall be in the following format: (a) company name (b) address (c) point of contact (d) phone, fax, and email (e) DUNS number (f) Cage Code (g) Tax ID Number (h) Type of Large or small business, e.g. Services Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Veteran- Owned Small Business, Women Owned Small Business etc. (i) must provide a capability statement that addresses the organizations qualifications and ability to perform as a contractor for the work described below. ************************************************************************************ The USDA-Klamath National Forest has a 2001 Cascadian CXT Single Vault Toilet located in a flood plain and in the process of removing and relocating the Cascadian CXT Single Vault Toilet to the vicinity of Brown Bear River Access where it will be re-installed. A contractor shall supply a new vault and vault liner for a single vault Cascadian CXT to be installed at the Klamath National Forest, Brown Bear River Access. Tasks include but not limited to excavation, backfill, install sand or aggregate bedding material for leveling course if needed, placement of precast concrete vault, vault liner and install the existing government 2001 Cascadian CXT Single Toilet. The vault shall be compatible with the 2001 CXT Cascadian Single Vault Toilet. The vault liner must be black in color and made of polyethylene material that is cast into the side walls of the concrete vault using dovetail embeds. The vault shall hold up to 1,000 gallons (approximately 15,000 uses). The vault shall be installed below ground level compatible with the perimeter of the building to provide a stable structure that supports the full weight of the building and to seal firmly.
