This announcement and associated attachments constitute the entire and only solicitation. Offers/quotes are hereby requested via this notice and attachments. The solicitation no. 1291S820Q0036 is issued as a Request for Proposal [RFQ]. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The USDA Forest Service, San Bernardino National Forest, has a requirement for Carpet Installation at the multiple locations and offices throughout the Forest. Refer to Request for Quote [RFQ] Section C.2 for list and address of locations. Contract period of performance is sixty (60) calendar days from date of award and/or Notice to Proceed [NTP]. The awarded contract will be firm-fixed-price. The North American Industry Classification System [NAICS] code for this acquisition is 238330 with small business size of $16.5M in annual revenue.
