The Main Office space will house 142 employees and include approximately 19,217 square feet of area; 16, 710 ABOA/ANSI consisting of office workspace, conference rooms, support and circulation. An additional storage warehouse of 2000 square feet shall be included on the ground leased premises. The Main Office will include 8 restrooms – 4 for men, 4 for women – with a minimum of two stalls and a sink each. The Community meeting area will comprise of approximately 1500-2500 square feet of assembly area and may provide additional partnership offices. There will also be two public unisex restrooms that will not be attached to the main office space and serve the community meeting area. See attachment for additional scope and details.
