The U.S. Forest Service, Pacific Southwest Region (5), is soliciting quotes for brand specific land surveying equipment. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, services, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, and incidentals necessary to perform the work identified in the schedule of supplies and must be an authorized dealer of the Trimble, if not directly respecting the OEM manufacture. This is a total 100% small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System [NAICS] code for this acquisition is 423490. The awarded contract will be Firm-Fixed-Price. The Request for Quotation [RFQ] is issued 14 May 2019. The date and time for receipt of quotes is 21 May 2019, 5pm Pacific Standard Time [PST]. Quotes shall be submitted electronically by email ONLY. No hardcopy proposals will be accepted. Email quotes to the Contracting Officer, Alicia Hawkins, at Alicia.hawkins@usda.gov, by the published due date. Contractors/vendors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management [SAM] system PRIOR to submitting the proposal and/or by the proposal due date.
