The solicitation number is 1191S819Q0005 and is issued as a Request for Proposal [RFP]. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101. Note this requirement previously solicited under RFP no. 1191S819Q0003, which was cancelled 29 January 2019 due the Dec 2018 - Jan 2019 Federal Government shutdown. The US Forest Service Pacific Southwest Region (5) has a requirement for the fabrication and installation of four (4) Gates for the Holy Fire Burned Area Emergency Response [BAER], Cleveland National Forest, California. This requirement is a total small business set-aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System [NAICS] code for this procurement is 237310 with a small business size standard of $36.M. Only qualified small business offerors with the associated NAICS may submit proposals. A firm-fixed-price contract award is anticipated. Period of performance shall be 102 calendar days. Estimated performance start is currently March 2019.
