The facility is a single story building appx. 13,500 square feet. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, supervision, materials, equipment, cleaning and supplies to satisfactorily perform custodial services consisting of routine and periodic janitorial work for both the public access areas and the private workspace areas SITE VIST AUG 20, 2020 @ 1330 (1:30 PM).
