LICOR LI-600N Porometer/Fluorometers are needed to rapidly assess leaf water use and chlorophyll fluorescence dynamics to increase the capacity for sampling bunchgrass responses to stressors in sagebrush rangelands and will be used to quantify plant physiological stress responses. This information will be invaluable in screening bunchgrass ascensions and used to improve plant material selection. This data needs to work in harmonization with current and previous data sets acquired from the LI-600N promoters/fluorometer that is already in use at the USDA ARS location at 67826A HWY 205, Burn, OR 97720. These units are to increase the capacity of project processing.
