This is a Pre-Solicitation notice only. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agricultural Research Service (ARS) requires that all labor, supervision, tools, and materials be provided for building repairs as described in attached draft scope documents. The project is located at USDA, ARS, Columbia Plateau Conservation Research Center at 48037 Tubbs Ranch Road, Adams, OR 97810. The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the building repair requirements described in attached draft Spec Manual and Drawings. The qualifying NAICS code for this requirement is 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The solicitation is anticipated to be a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The Government anticipates issuing the solicitation on or around June 3, 2024. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated. Potential Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation and any amendments. All offerors shall be registered with the System for Award Management Registration per FAR Clause 52.204-7 and 52.204-8. No paper copies of the solicitation will be mailed, and telephone requests will not be honored. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute the official solicitation. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for offer preparation costs.
