This is to advise you that the Government will have to cancel this solicitation (12905B24R0010) due to a lack of funds to move forward with a contract. The USDA thanks you for your time and efforts in responding to the subject solicitation and welcomes you to participate is future requirements. General Requirement: The work to be done consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment and performing all work in strict accordance with these specifications for construction of two buildings with concrete foundation, concrete perimeter moat, ground faced reinforced concrete masonry walls, light gage steel trusses and standing seam roof systems in Hilo, Hawaii.Bidder shall provide Base Bid pricing and Alternate pricing as defined in the contract documents. Location: The site of work is at the USDA/ARS Tropical Plant Genetic Resource and Disease Research Unit in Hilo, Hawaii. Principal Features of Work: Concrete Foundation, Masonry, Light Gage Framing, Metal Roofing, HVAC System, Lighting, Power and Controls Systems, Telecommunications, Plumbing Site Visit: An organized site visit has been scheduled for: 1. This is necessary to ensure that the site is prepared for the number of visitors expected.
