The project is located at USDA, ARS, Northwest Irrigation & Soils Research Laboratory (NWISRL) at 3793 N 3600 E Kimberly, ID 83341-5076.All work shall be performed in accordance with the terms, conditions, drawings and specifications contained in this document. This is a Pre-Solicitation notice only. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agricultural Research Service (ARS) requires that all labor, supervision, tools, and materials be provided to construct a New Farm Storage Building with Lean-To. The project is located at USDA, ARS, Northwest Irrigation & Soils Research Laboratory (NWISRL) at 3793 N 3600 E Kimberly, ID 83341-5076. The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the requirements described in attached draft Specifications and Drawings. The qualifying NAICS code for this requirement is 236210 – Industrial Building Construction. The solicitation is anticipated to be a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The Government anticipates issuing the solicitation on or around April 22, 2024. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated. Potential Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation and any amendments. All offerors shall be registered with the System for Award Management Registration per FAR Clause 52.204-7 and 52.204-8. No paper copies of the solicitation will be mailed, and telephone requests will not be honored. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute the official solicitation.
