This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the procedures contained in FAR Part 12.6, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 12905B24Q0231 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number FAC 2024-05 rev 1 effective 05/22/2024. This solicitation is issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 311119 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. List CLINS, item descriptions, quantities and units of measure: CLIN 001 150 tons of #2 or better yellow corn delivered to the Headquarters facility, Dubois, Idaho and 30 total tons of #2 or better yellow corn delivered to the Mud Lake facility. CLIN 002 30 total tons of #2 or better yellow corn delivered to the Mud Lake facility Option 1 30 tons Corn delivered to Headquarters Facility, Dubois, ID Option 2 30 tons Corn delivered to Mud Lake Facility, Mud Lake, ID Quantity variance may be up to 3% less than the amount ordered. Contractor is responsible for removing any amounts that exceed the amount ordered. Description/Statement of Work/Specification: Please see the attached Scope of Work Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance: Delivery can begin upon notification of bid acceptance (no later than August 5, 2024) and must be completed by September 23, 2024. Deliveries will be accepted 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Monday through Friday and should be coordinated with the USDA/ARS 24 to 72 hours in advance. NO DELIVERIES AFTER 2:30 PM. The place of delivery is stated in each CLIN. This requirement shall be FOB Destination.
