This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the procedures contained in FAR Part 12.6, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 12905B24Q0218 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2024-05. Service Contract Labor Standards Wage Determination Number 2015-5469 Rev 25 dated 7-22-2024 for Maricopa County Arizona is applicable and is attached. This solicitation is issued as 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 562998 the small business size standard is $16.5M. List CLINS, item descriptions, quantities and units of measure: 0001 Provide all supervision, labor, 1 JC $ equipment, materials and transportation required to perform all work IAW the statement of work and all other attachments.
